Fina was first introduced to yoga in 2003 and has continued to practice yoga throughout the years.
In 2012, she decided to become a certified group fitness instructor, teaching pilates/yoga and cardio kickboxing classes.
Fina received her RYT from Amazing Yoga in Pittsburgh with the goal to create a yoga class for first responders to help process the inevitable stress of a career in emergency services and to build mental, physical, and emotional resilience techniques that empower first responders to alleviate stressors — both on the mat and in the field.
