Directions: Shake well prior to use, Close eyes, and spray above head, allowing mist to cascade over your head and body. Can also be used as a room spray. 

Ingredients: Blend of crystal, stone & plant essences combined with Distilled Water, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, White Fir, Wild Orange, Helichrysum, Lemon Balm, Lavender, Wild Rose, Geranium, Coconut Oil & Qi.
